HOW DO YOUR BUILDINGS ANCHOR TO THE GROUND?

Typically, you will have a cement pier under each I-Beam sunk to your frost line. The anchor bolts are placed in these piers and the building anchors to them. There are other methods of anchoring particularly if you have an existing cement foundation (Please inquire). We supply you with the anchor bolt plan.

DO YOU REFER ERECTORS/CONTRACTORS?

Yes, we will get you a certified quality erector/contractor to put your certified quality building up.

HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO ECONOMICALLY SHIP BUILDINGS ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES?

We ship out of multiple shipping points around the United States.

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ANCHOR BOLTS?

We do not supply anchor bolts. Typically, the foundation is ready before our building arrives. Anchor bolts are fairly inexpensive and can easily be purchased locally. However, we do supply you with the Anchor Bolt Locations and the size Anchor Bolt needed.

HOW THICK OF A CEMENT SLAB DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Typically, cement slabs are 4" to 6" thick. However, this can vary from state to state and county to county. Your building department or your cement professional can recommend the proper thickness.

HOW IS THE BUILDING DELIVERED AND DO YOU UNLOAD IT FOR ME?

Typically, your building will arrive on a 43' flatbed truck. Every thing is on pallets. Due to liability regulations, we do not unload the truck for you. We suggest you have a small fork lift on the day your building is scheduled to arrive.

HOW DO I KNOW ALL THE PARTS FOR MY BUILDING HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?

We supply you with a parts list (bill of lading) so that you may inventory your building. We highly recommend you do this as you unload it. However, you have 5 days to complete your inventory and report it to us so that we may send you any missing parts.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A BUILDING ERECTED?

Erection pricing ranges through out the country. A good rule of thumb is $3.50 to $6 per square foot. Typically, the larger the project the lower your erection costs per square foot.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ERECT ONE OF YOUR BUILDINGS?

Erection time depends on the size of the building and number of people erecting it. A 1,200 sq ft building will take four workers about 5 to 7 days depending on the time spent erecting each day.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, Our buildings are very popular overseas because we are able to design a building to meet any codes. We drop ship the building at a port anywhere in the United States of the customer's choosing. It is up to the customer to arrange for the shipping containers and ensure they are placed on the ship.
